粗肋草品种的染色体数目分析

摘　　要：采用常规压片法对收集的24个粗肋草属植物品种进行了染色体数目观察及鉴定。结果表明,红宝石、吉祥、如意、万年红、红侠、烟花、贵夫人、银后、雅丽皇后、红龙、中国红、柠檬皇后、红色佳人、晨光、金粉和焰火等17个品种的染色体数目均为2n=60;红脉、白雪公主、白马王子、凯撒和艾琳的染色体数目均为2n=42;白肋和黑美人的染色体数目分别为2n=34和2n=80。其中白肋和黑美人粗肋草的染色体数目为首次报道。鉴定粗肋草属植物品种的染色体数目为其育种研究中亲本的选择和分子生物学研究提供科学依据。Chromosome numbers of collected 24 Aglaonema cultivars were observed and identified by using conventional pressing plate method.The results indicated that chromosome numbers of 17 Aglaonema cultivars：A.Red fission,A.Lady valentine,A.Red valentine,A.Lipstick,A.Phetcharat,A.Nightsparkle,A.Silver queen,A.Pattaya beauty,and so on,were all 2n=60,respectively.A.rotundum Red vein,A.Snow white,A spp.Bai-Ma-Wang-Zi,Kai-Sa and Ai-Lin were all 2n=42,respectively.A.costatum var.immacul-atum and A.commulatum San Remo were 2n=34 and 2n=80,respectively.The chromosome numbers of A.costatum var.immacul-atum and A.commulatum San Remo were reported for the first time.The identification of chromosome numbers for Aglaonema cultivars will provide scientific basis for researches on parent selection in breeding and molecular biology.
