摘  要:对枳、枳橙和甜橙的钾利用效率进行比较,将枳、枳橙和甜橙实生苗置于不同钾浓度条件下生长,检测不同时间植株的生物量和钾含量。结果显示:无论在高钾(20 mmol/L K+)还是低钾(100μmol/L K+)条件下,枳橙根部干重都显著高于枳,枳橙根部钾含量亦显著高于枳。在高钾条件下,枳橙和冰糖橙根部干重无显著性差异,但枳橙根部钾含量显著高于冰糖橙;无论在高钾还是低钾条件下,枳、枳橙和冰糖橙冠部干重均没有显著性差异,冠部钾含量表现为冰糖橙>枳橙>枳。从植株钾利用效率而言,枳橙作为砧木应优于枳;枳橙作为枳与甜橙的杂种,在根部钾利用效率上亦高于甜橙。In order to analyze the potassium nutrition efficiency among Poncirus trifoliata, Citrange( Carrizo) and Citrus sinensis( Bingtangcheng), the biomass and the K+content of various seedings growed in MS medium( 20mmol/L K+) and LK medium(100 μmol/L K+) were measured separately. The results showed that DW(dry weight)and the K+content of Citrange root were significantly higher than that of Poncirus trifoliate both on MS medium or LK medium. Meanwhile, no obvious distinction of the DW was detected from Citrange and Citrus sinensis on MS medium, but the K+content of Citrange in roots elevated clearly than Citrus sinensis. Whether in MS medium or in LK medium, there was not significant difference in shoot DW among Poncirus trifoliata, Citrange and Citrus sinensis seedings, but K+content in shoot showed a trend Citrus sinensis Citrange Poncirus trifoliata seedings.All these suggested Citrange was better than Poncirus trifoliata as Citrus rootstock in terms of potassium nutrition efficiency. In addition, as a heterosis, the K+-uptake ability of Citrange was also higher than that of Citrus sinensis.
