摘 要:针对高压大功率激光二极管驱动电路高精度、低损耗的要求,文中提出基于高压大电流达林顿管恒流控制的脉冲电流源方案。系统由大功率快速运放构成驱动电路,并采用闭环电流控制技术。为使达林顿管运行在低功耗状态,采用集电极—发射极的低压运行模式。电流源能输出脉宽、幅度和占空比都连续可调的稳定脉冲。该设备能适应激光二极管、电阻和LED等负载要求,可工作于几百伏电压。输出电流脉冲的最大幅值达500 A,上升沿仅有数十微秒,精度在1%以内。电流源稳定工作于小电流充电、大电流放电模式,系统总效率可大于90%。For high-voltage high-power laser diode driving circuit with high precision and low-loss requirements, this paper presents a pulsed current source scheme based on constant current control by high-voltage high-current Dar- lington. System consists of driving circuit using high-power fast amplifier, and adopts closed-loop current control technology. For the Darlington running in low-power state, the collector-emitter works at low-voltage operation mode. Current source can output stable pulses with continuously adjustable pulse width, amplitude and duty cycle. The device that is able to work at several hundred volts can be used to laser diodes, resistors, LED and other loads. Maximum current value of output current pulse is five hundred amperes, with rising edge being only tens of microseconds, and its accuracy is 1% or less. Working at stable mode of low-current charging and large-current discharging, the system efficiency can be more than 90%.
