摘 要:隔离开关是GIS设备中的关键结构,特别是对于特高压电压等级,研制具有高性能及高可靠性的隔离开关是开发GIS过程中的重中之重。文中介绍了一种新型1 100 k V隔离开关的结构特点及性能参数,该隔离开关不带有分合闸电阻,整体结构体积小,重量轻,布置灵活。采用仿真分析软件对新型隔离开关的绝缘性能及操作时可能产生的VFTO进行计算,并与原有结构隔离开关的计算结果进行对比分析,计算结果表明:该新型隔离开关性能安全可靠,各项型式试验的顺利通过验证了新型隔离开关设计的合理性及计算结果的正确性。目前,该新型1 100 k V隔离开关已经成功应用于某特高压变电站工程中。Disconnect switch is one of the important part in GIS especially in the UHV level. It is very important to develop the disconnect switch with excellent performance and security. The development process and structure characteristic of 1 100 kV disconnect switch is introduced in this paper. The new disconnect switch is small and light. The disposal of the new disconnect switch is random. The insulation performance and VFTO causing by disconnect switch is calculated using simulation software. The results are contrasted with the old disconnect switch. It is indicated that the new disconnect switch is safe and reliable. Simultaneously, the design of the new type 1 100 kV disconnect switch is proved to be reasonable by the type test. Recently, the disconnect switch is running in UHV station.
