摘 要:电力电缆在运行中出现检修或故障时,需要短时转移负荷,致使某些电缆短时过载。然而电缆允许过载电流极限与过载电流持续时间之间的关系缺乏相应算法及成熟标准支持,使得现场紧急转移负荷时没有可靠依据。文中根据集中热常数模型和IEC 60853模型2种暂态热路模型,研究了相应的短时过载电流极限及其持续时间的计算原理,并针对64/110 k V YJLW02单芯高压电缆进行了具体敷设的分析和比较,结果表明:基于2种模型的关系曲线变化趋势相近,但IEC 60853模型法更接近实际情况。计算方法可为电缆短时转移负荷的决策提供参考和指导。Maintenance and failure may occur for the power cable in the operation, and it is necessary to transfer the load to other cables urgently which results in a short-time overload of these cables. However, the relationship between the allowable overload current limit and the allowable overload current duration is short of corresponding algorithm and the mature standard, which makes no reliable basis for the emergency transfer load. In this paper, the calculation principle of the short-time overload current limit and its duration based on the two kinds of tran-sient thermal models of the IEC 60853 model and the thermal constant model is studied, and as an example, the analysis and comparison of the YJLW02 64/110 kV single core high voltage cable is carried out. The results show that the relationship curves between the current limit and the current duration of the two models are similar, but the IEC 60853 model is more close to the actual situation. The calculation method can provide reference and guid-ance for the decision making of short-time load transfer.
