摘  要:针对矿用带式输送机传统驱动系统存在的效率低、重载启动困难等问题,提出一种新型永磁直接驱动系统,即将永磁同步电动机直接连接到带式输送机的传动滚筒,带动传动滚筒转动,并依靠滚筒与输送带之间的摩擦力实现输送带的转动。根据矿用带式输送机运行工况,重点对隔爆型永磁同步电动机及隔爆兼本质安全型变频装置的关键技术进行研究,并综合对过载能力要求、功率因数、电动机功率大小、电动机经济性等方面因素进行比较分析,获得最合理的设计方案。由于永磁直接驱动系统取消了中间传动环节,使传动系统结构简单、高效、节能,具有广阔的发展前景。In view of the low efficiency of the traditional driving system of mine belt conveyor and the difficulty of heavy load start-up, a new type of permanent magnet direct drive system is proposed, which is the permanent magnet synchronous motor is directly connected to the transmission roller of the belt conveyor, to drive the roller to rotate, and to rely on the friction between the roller and the conveyor belt to realize the movement of the conveyor belt. According to the working conditions of mine belt conveyor, the key technology of the explosion proof type permanent magnet synchronous motor and the explosion proof and intrinsically safe frequency conversion device is studied, and comprehensive consideration of overload capacity requirements, power factor, motor power size, motor economy and other aspects of the comparative analysis, to obtain the most reasonable design. Because the permanent magnet direct drive system cancels the intermediate transmission link, the transmission system structure is simple, efficient and energy-saving, it has broad application prospects.
