摘 要:目前国内电牵引采煤机的制造水平已相对成熟,部分机械制造技术已处于国际领先水平。但与国外采煤机相比,尤其在电气控制系统方面还存在一定的差距,还需进一步改进。针对国内使用情况较好的德国Eickhoff SL1000采煤机电控系统进行了分析研究,为国产采煤机的设计及国外采煤机国产化方案提供理论依据和设计参考。At present, the domestic electric traction shearer manufacturing level has been relatively more mature, some mechanical manufacturing technology has been in the international leading level. However, compared with foreign coal mining machine, especially in the electrical control system, there is still a certain gap need to be further improved. In view of the domestic use situation better, the electric control system of the Germany coal mining machine Eickhoff SLIO00 has carried on the analysis research, provides the theory basis and the design thought for the domestic coal mining machine design and the overseas coal winning machine localization project.
