摘　　要：针对传统叠片式铁心的干式变压器存在体积大、质量重、空载损耗大、抗短路能力差及噪声高等问题,开发研制了一种R型铁心隔爆型干式变压器。重点介绍了R型铁心干式变压器的性能、结构特点及制造工艺。该隔爆型干式变压器在煤矿井下的应用取得良好的使用效果。In view of the large volume, heavy weight, large load loss, short circuit resistance and high noise of dry type transformer for traditional laminated core type transformer, a kind of R-core explosion proof dry type transformer was developed. The performance, structure and manufacturing process of dry type transformer with R- core were introduced in this paper. The application of the explosion proof dry type transformer in coal mine has achieved good results.
