摘 要:对四点接触球轴承的内部几何关系进行分析,得到负游隙的计算方法,同时分析负游隙状态下套圈变形对球与沟道间接触载荷的影响,最后根据能量守恒定律得到摩擦力矩的分析计算方法。为对该方法进行验证,以空载状态下的薄壁四点接触球轴承QJ1830为例进行了摩擦力矩试验,结果表明:游隙越小,摩擦力矩的理论计算值与实测值的误差越小,当游隙小于-6μm时,误差小于30%。The geometric structure of four point contact ball bearings is analyzed, and the calculation method is de- duced for key parameters of the bearings with negative clearance, as well as the influence of ring deformation the con- tact load between steel ball and ring groove are analyzed. Finally, the calculation model of the friction torque is ob- tained according to the law of conservation of energy. In order to validate the model, friction torque experiment of thin -section QJ1830 four point contact ball bearing is carried out at no load condition, and the theoretical friction torque is compared with the measured value. The results show that when the clearance is small, the friction torque of the calcu- lated value and the measured value of the error is small. When clearance is less than - 6 microns, the error is less than 30%.
