摘　　要：介绍外圈断裂薄壁轴承的结构特点和常见装配方法存在的问题,阐述了新的外圈断裂轴承的装配原理和详细装配步骤,并结合生产实践进行工装设计,对装配后的成品轴承检测表明,满足了公差等级达到P5的要求。The structural characteristics and the problems existing in the common assembly methods of the thin - walled bearing with fractured outer ring are introduced. The assembly principle and detailed assembly steps of the bearings after tooling are expounded, and the tooling design is combined with the production practice. The examination indicates that the tolerance level reaches the requirements of P5.
