摘 要:通过计算流体力学方法对小气膜间隙下环面节流孔出口处气旋大小和压力值与气膜间隙的关系进行数值分析,研究气膜间隙内的压力分布状态,仿真结果表明:节流孔出口处压力最小值位于节流孔边缘靠外一点;气膜间隙内压力值随着半径的增加,先陡降再迅速回升,最后呈线性下降;在节流孔出口处气膜间隙上、下表面出现压力差,气膜间隙越小,上、下表面压力值趋于一致处距节流孔中心距离越近;节流孔出口处气旋大小和气膜间隙内工作面压力降幅与气膜间隙成正比。The relationship between the cyclone size, the pressure value and the air film gap at the outlet of the annular orifice in the air film gap are analyzed by means of computational fluid dynamics. And the pressure distribution in the air film gap is studied. Simulation results show that the minimum pressure at the outlet of the throttle orifice is located at the edge of the throttle orifice, the pressure of the air film gap decreases with the increase of radius, and then increa- ses rapidly, and finally the linear decrease. Pressure value is different between the upper and lower surfaces of the gas film gap at the outlet of the throttle orifice, the smaller the gas film gap, the smaller distance from the center of the ori- rice where upper and lower surface pressure value reach the same. The cyclone size and pressure drop of working face in air film gap at the outlet of the orifice are proportional to the air film gap.
