摘  要:为研究复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及腹泻的影响,并确定复方中草药添加剂在断奶仔猪中的最适添加量,选用25日龄8 kg左右杜长大杂种断奶仔猪60头,采用单因素完全随机化设计分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加复方中草药添加剂0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的饲粮。试验期21 d。结果表明,0.05%、0.1%、0.2%复方中草药添加剂组全期日增重分别提高7.74%(P<0.05)、21.64%(P<0.05)、11.63%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低6.49%(P<0.05)、11.04%(P<0.05)、3.25%(P>0.05),腹泻频率分别降低37.5%(P<0.05)、67.18%(P<0.05)、15.65%(P>0.05)。结果说明复方中草药添加剂可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,减少腹泻。综合各项指标,复方中草药添加剂在断奶仔猪中的最适添加量为0.1%。In order to study the effect of compound Chinese herbal additive on growth performance and diarrhea of weaned piglets and to determine the optimal dosage of compound Chinese herbal additive in weanling piglets, 60 litters of about 8 kg or so 25 d "Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire" weaned piglets were selected, a single factor completely randomized set, a total of four groups. Each group having 3 replicates, each with a repeat of 5 pigs, the first group was the control group, 2-4 were the experimental groups. Full of control group was fed the basal diet, three experimental groups were added 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% compound Chinese herbal additives based on the basal diet. The feeding time was 21 days. The results showed that 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can improve whole stage the average daily gain 7.74%(P〈0.05) and 21.64%(P〈0.05) and 11.63%(P〈0.05), reduce the feed/gain 6.49%(P〈0.05) and 11.04% (P〈0.05) and 3.25% (P〉0.05), reduce the diarrhea rate 37.5%(P〈0.05) and 67.18%(P〈0.05) and 15.65%(P〉0.05), indicating that the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can improve the growth performance of weaned piglets reduced diarrhea rate, the optimal dosage was 0.1%.
