摘　　要：李春婷教授认为胆汁反流性胃炎病因为情志不调,饮食不节,脾胃素虚;基本病机为胆胃不和;基本治则为利胆和胃;临床治疗讲求辨证施治,首重条畅情志,用药轻灵,善用药对,辅以通降、护膜之法。Professor LI Chunting thinks that the bile reflux gastritis disease is mainly caused by emotion disorder, improper diet, spleen deficiency; the basic pathogenesis is the disharmony of gallbladder and stomach. The basic rule is to reconcile the stomach and gallbladder, clinical treatment with dialectical therapy, the first is to regulate emotions, use couplet medicines skill- fully, assist with taking descending and unobstruction and the protection of gastric mucosa.
