配伍 剂量 剂型 用法影响细辛在复方中功效发挥方向作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究影响细辛在复方中功效发挥方向的因素(配伍、剂量、剂型、用法),以便于可以更好地控制方剂药效发挥的方向。方法:在《中医方剂大辞典》中搜集913副含有细辛的方剂,利用数据库应用数据资料总结归纳的方式统计细辛在复方中功效发挥方向的影响因素。结果:方剂中常与细辛配伍使用的药类有化痰止咳平喘药、解表药、补虚药、温里药、清热药以及活血化瘀药。细辛常见的配伍结构有细辛配麻黄,细辛配荆芥,细辛配防风等。细辛小剂量常用于解表、通窍、通阳,多选用汤剂与煮散,中量化饮多选汤剂,大量止痛多用散剂内服或外用。结论:影响细辛功效方向的是多个因素综合控制的,最主要的因素还是配伍。Objective ： Factors play the direction of Asarum in the compound effect of efficacy （ compatibility, dosage, us- age, dosage form）, so that we can control the direction of prescription effect more better. Methods： We collected 913 prescrip- tions in the side containing Asarum ＂ dictionary＂ in the summary of TCM prescription, using database application data statistical Asarum functions in compound prescription effect direction factor. Results ： Drug use and compatibility of prescription in Asarum often had expectorant antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs, diaphoretic, tonic medicine, warm in medicine, antipyretic and blood stasis. There was a common structure compatible with ephedra Asarum, with hairy, with wind etc. A small dose of Asarum was often used in the table, and the Yang of Tongqiao Decoction and boil powder, drink more quantitative decoction, a lot more anal- gesic powder for internal or external use. Conclusion ： The effect of Asarum effect direction is multi factor comprehensive control,the main factor is the compatibility.
