摘 要:目的:观察食疗在亚健康状态(即中医未病状态)中的临床疗效。方法:将81例患者分为酸奶治疗便秘组(49例)、苦瓜治疗空腹血糖受损(IFG)组(23例)、大蒜治疗胃幽门螺杆菌感染组(9例),采用治疗前后自身对照并观察疗效。结果:三组亚健康状态的人群在应用单方食疗后,原有的亚健康状态均有明显的改善,甚至恢复正常状态,三组总有效率达65%以上。结论:食疗在改善亚健康状态(即中医未病状态)中有较好的临床疗效,在中医治未病领域中有很深广的临床前景。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of dietary therapy on sub-healthy individuals. Methods: 81patients were divided into 3treatment groups--yoghurt treatment for constipation (49patients), bitter gourd treatment for impaired fasting glucose (IFG) (23patients), and garlic treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection (9patients). The results of the treatments were compared against each patient's individual condition before treatment. Results : The sub-healthy conditions of patients in all 3treatment groups improved significantly (in some instances were cured completely). The rate of effective treatment is 65% with all 3groups combined. Conclusion: Dietary therapy is clinically effective in treating sub-healthy conditions, and has a good pros- pect in the field of preventive treatments.
