小针刀联合地榆川椒熏蒸汤治疗慢性肛裂临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀联合地榆川椒熏蒸汤治疗慢性肛裂的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月~2016年8月在本院行小针刀治疗的慢性肛裂患者94例的病例资料,行小针刀联合地榆川椒熏蒸汤熏洗治疗的患者46例为观察组,行小针刀治疗、术后硝矾洗液熏洗,紫草油纱条换药的患者48例为对照组。比较两组不同时间点患者疼痛程度、切口肉芽生长情况等,并分析其疗效。结果:观察组第3天、5天、7天疼痛积分及疼痛消失时间均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组第5天、7天、10天、14天肉芽积分及创面愈合时间均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;两组有效率均在95%以上,组间无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:小针刀配合地榆川椒熏蒸汤治疗慢性肛裂效果显著,地榆川椒熏蒸汤能缓解患者疼痛,促进伤口愈合,临床可以推广使用。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction in the treatment of chronic anal fissure. Methods： A retrospective analysis from June 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital for treat- ment of chronic anal fissure patients with small needle knife in 94 cases, the observation group had 46 cases, with small needle knife combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction fumigation treatment etc; the controlled group had 48 cases, with aeu- potomy treatment, and then used the glass alum lotion fumigation, Lithospermum oil gauze. The pain degree of the two groups of patients at different time points were compared, and the growth of granulation was analyzed, and the therapeutic effect was ana- lyzed. Results： In the observation group, the 3d, 5d, 7d pain score and the duration of pain relief were lower than those in the controlled group, P 〈 0. 05 ; the observation group 5d, 7d, 10d, 14d granulation score and wound healing time were lower than the controlled group, P 〈 0. 05 ; the effective rates of the two groups were all above 95%, there was no significant difference be- tween the groups, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion ： Using acupotomy combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction in the treatment of chronic anal fissure can relieve the pain of patients, promote wound healing, can be popularized and used in clinic.
