不同腧穴配伍针刺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腹泻型肠易激综合征的常用针刺疗法,即灵龟八法刺法、子午流注刺法、辨证体针治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效差异。方法:患者150例,按完全随机分为三组:灵龟八法刺法组、子午流注刺法组、辨证体针组,每组50例。灵龟八法刺法组采用患者就诊时灵龟八法所开穴位针刺;子午流注刺法组用子午流注纳甲法择时选穴;辨证体针组选取天枢、足三里、公孙、肝俞、脾俞、太冲,3组穴位均采用解惑刺法,治疗8周后,采用胃肠症状评估量表评定临床疗效,采用健康状况调查问卷简表~36评价生活质量。结果:子午流注组、灵龟八法组和辨证体针组临床疗效的总有效率分别为94.00%、84.00%、68.00%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后子午流注组、灵龟八法组与辨证体针组生活质量积分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后子午流注组与灵龟八法组生活质量积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注刺法能够明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,安全性高,为腹泻型肠易激综合征针刺治疗的系统化、标准化、规范化提供临床参考依据。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of common acupuncture treatment of diarrhea type irritable bow- el syndrome, the eight methods of intelligent turtle acupuncture, body acupuncture Ziwu Liuzhu needling, syndrome differentia- tion and treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods ： 150 patients were randomly divided into three groups ： ac- upuncture group, eight methods of intelligent turtle group, Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture group, body acupuncture group of 50 cases with syndrome differentiation. Eight methods of intelligent turtle acupuncture group with acupuncture in patients with eight meth- ods of intelligent turtle; Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture group with Ziwu Liuzhu Najia method aeupoint selection; TCM acupuncture group selected Tianshu, Zusanli, Gongsun, Ganshu, Pishu, Taichong, the 3 aeupoints were used disabuse needling method, for 8 weeks after using the gastrointestinal symptom assessment scale assessment of clinical efficacy, the health survey questionnaire of life quality evaluation-36. Results ： Ziwu Liuzhu group, eight methods of Intelligent Turtle group and acupuncture group TCM clinical efficacy rate were 94% , 84% , 68% , compared with a significant difference （P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment of Ziwu Li- uzhu group, eight methods of Intelligent Turtle group and dialectical acupuncture group of quality of life scores were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , after treatment of Ziwu Liuzhu group and eight methods of Intelligent Turtle groups of quality of life scores had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical symptoms of Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture can significantly improve the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients, improve the quality of life, high safety, systematization, standardization, specification for diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome of acupuncture treatment to provide clinical reference.
