摘 要:用Rheotens拉伸流变仪测试CPP拉伸黏度时,影响因素有温度、测量轮对间的距离、挤出速率、拉伸加速度,在测试条件不当时往往会造成CPP拉伸黏度的偏差较大。通过正交试验L_9(3~4)研究影响因素的显著性,方差分析结果表明,温度、测量轮对间的距离、拉伸加速度对拉伸黏度的影响显著,挤出速率影响不明显。通过正交试验,确定在测试温度为160~170℃,测量轮对间的距离为0.25mm,拉伸加速率为36mm·s^(-2),挤出速率为0.3mm·s^(-1)时测试CPP拉伸黏度,其相对平均偏差小于等于20%,并将该条件标准化,最终减少了不必要的重复性劳动,保证了测试结果的重复性及可靠性。The factors of influencing the extensional viscosity testing of CPP using rheotens include temperature, the disdance between measuring wheels, extrusion rate and stretching acceleration. The significance of the factors are studied by orthogonal experiment (L9(3')), and variance analysis result shows that, the influences of the temperature, the disdance between measuring wheels and the stretching ac- celeration are significant, and the influence of the extrusion rate is relatively not significant. The orthogonal experiment result shows that, the relative error of the extensional viscosity testing of CPP is not larger than 20% when the temperature is 160 - 170 ℃, the disdance between measuring wheels is 0,25 mm, the stretching acceleration is 36 mm. s-2, and the extrusion rate is 0.3 mm. s^-1. The conditions are standardized, which reduces unnecessary repetitive work and ensures the repeatability and reliability of the test results.
