摘　　要：在保证企业不违背《中华人民共和国计量法》等相关法律法规前提下,使用合格有效计量器具。结合企业实际工作情况,从检定校准测试定义的区别、相关法律法规条款的含义和理解、计量器具分类、检定校准测试形式、企业开展自校准和测试以及实施过程中的注意事项等方面进行了论述。这对石油焊管企业和其他类似行业计量工作的有效开展与实施,以及确保计量器具输出准确可靠的数据具有现实借鉴意义。The enterprises should use qualified and effective measuring instruments without violating the relevant laws and regulations such as ＂the Metrology Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂. Based on the actual situation of enterprises, the difference in the definition of verification, calibration and test, the meaning and understanding of the items in the relevant laws and regulations, the classification of measuring instruments, the forms of verification, calibration and test, for enterprises how to conduct self calibration and test and the matters needing attention in the self calibration and test of the enterprises are elaborated, which is of practical significance for effectively implementing measuring work, mastering the features of measuring work and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measuring data in the petroleum welded pipe enterprises and similar enterprises.
