摘 要:目的:建立一种与冠状动脉旁路移植术后静脉桥再狭窄病理过程相似的动物模型。方法:选取40只Wistar大鼠,采用2点定位间断全层外翻吻合法,取游离的大鼠颈外静脉与肾下腹主动脉行端端吻合。结果:手术成功33只,成功率为82.5%(33/40)。取静脉桥时间为10~20 min,平均15 min;游离腹主动脉时间为15~40 min,平均20 min;血管吻合时间为1~2 h,平均1.5 h。结论:成功建立大鼠颈外静脉移植腹主动脉模型,为进一步研究防治冠状动脉旁路移植术后静脉桥再狭窄提供实验模型。Objective: To construct the rat autologous vein graft model similar to the pathological process of restenosis after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: By using the ways of two fixed-point intermittent full-thickness valgus anastomosis, right external jugular vein of 40 Wistar rats were graft into the infrarenal abdominal aorta. Results: The operation in 33 rats were successful, the success rate was 82.5% (33/40) . Cut pruning time for the jugular vein grafts was 10-20 min, the average time was 15 min. Dissecting abdominal aorta time was 15-40 min, an average of 20 min. Vascular anastomosis time was 1-2 h, an average of 1.5 h. Conclusion: The vein-to-artery interposition model is successfully established, and can be an ideal model for further studying the prevention of vein restenosis after coronary artery bypass grafting.
