摘　　要：泌尿系感染对肾结石预防、治疗及预后等方面均有重要影响。近年来对泌尿系感染的诱因、致病微生物、治疗药物的不断探讨,以及对感染性肾结石微创术式的不断创新,对临床复杂性结石的诊治,特异性治疗方案的选择,患者生活质量的改善,降低相关费用,减少医患纠纷等方面均具有重要意义。Urinary tract infection plays an important role in the prevention, treatment and prognosis of kidney stones. In recent years, with the cause of urinary tract infection, pathogenic microorganisms, drugs continue to explore, and continuous innovation of the minimally invasive surgery of infectious kidney stones type, it has important significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of complicated calculi, selection of specific treatment, improving the quality of life of the patients, reducing related costs, reducing medical disputes etc.
