OSCE在小儿外科临床实习考核中的应用

摘　　要：目的:完善小儿外科学临床实习出科考核体系,提升儿科专业本科临床实习的教学效果。方法:选择本院2014年、2015年儿科专业411毕业名实习医师,按照小儿外科教研室实习计划,在实习结束时进行OSCE考核。结果:考核项目中的病例分析、技能操作2014、2015两年相比均有显著统计学差异(P<0.05),但2014年考核项目中的辅助检查判读、病史采集与体检及病历书写分数好于2015年。结论:OSCE在小儿外科临床实习教学中具有一些传统考核方法不可比拟的优点,但也存在一些问题,需要进一步改进。[ Objective ] To consummate the department rotation examination system of clinical practice in pediatric surgery and improve the teaching effects of clinical practice for undergraduates of pediatrics. [ Methods ] By selecting 411 pediatric intern graduated from our university in 2014 and 2015, OSCE examination is con- ducted at the end of internship in accordance with the internship program of pediatric surgery teaching and re- search faculty. [ Results] Comparing interns of 2014 with interns of 2015, contents of examination, including case analysis and operation proficiency indicate notable statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, however, examination contents such as interpretation of auxiliary examination, history - taking and recording of medical history, interns of 2014 scores higher than that of 2015. [ Conclusion] OSCE possesses incomparable strengths over traditional assessment methods, while problems still exist which needs further improvement.
