摘 要:以麦秆、草坪草和梧桐树叶为原料,采用小型水热碳化实验系统,考察了温度(160~240℃)、停留时间(30~180min)和液固比(10~50)对3种生物质水热碳化产物碳固存率的影响规律,并结合X射线衍射(XRD)图谱,研究了3种生物质水热碳化固体产物的碳化特性。研究发现,温度对生物质水热碳化碳固存率有较大影响,若以固存碳为目的,则草坪草、麦秆和梧桐树叶的水热碳化温度宜分别选择200℃、220℃和240℃左右。停留时间和液固比对生物质水热碳化碳固存率的影响相对较小,若以研究水热碳化反应机制为目的,则3种生物质水热碳化停留时间均不宜超过120min,液固比不超过30。在水热碳化过程中3种生物质样品的固存碳率有所差异,草坪草、麦秆和梧桐树叶水热碳化固体产物的固碳能力依次增加,且麦秆和梧桐树叶水热碳化固体产物中部分碳已石墨化。To investigate the effect of reaction conditions and biomass species on the hydrothermal carbonization(HTC)processing,the hydrothermal experiments were carried out in an autoclave using wheat straw(WS),lawn grass(LG),and phoenix tree leaves(PTL),as raw materials.The reaction temperatures,the residence times,and the ratio of water and biomass were set as 160 ~ 240 ℃,30~180min,and 10~50,respectively.The micro-structure and carbonization characteristics of the three types of biomass were analyzed by using X-ray Diffraction(XRD).The results show that the reaction temperature has important effect on carbon sequestration ratio.For the purpose of carbon sequestration(CS),the reaction temperature of LG,WS and PTL could be selected at 200℃,220℃and 240℃respectively.The residence time and the ratio of water and biomass have relatively weak influence on CS ratio.The residence time should be no more than 120 min and the ration of water and biomass is no more than 30 for the three types of biomass.The ratio of carbon sequestration for the three biomass is also different.During the processing of hydrothermal carbonization,the carbon sequestration capacity of solid products from the lawn grass,wheat straw and phoenix tree leaves increase in turn.Moreover,the parts of the solid products from WS and PTL have better carbonization degree.
