电力体制改革背景下的安徽省配电网规划发展研究

摘　　要：当前电力体制改革对配电网规划提出了新要求;文章针对安徽省配电网现状特点,提出了适应电改要求的省内配电网规划发展思路和方向;梳理安徽省配电网改革方案,通过适应性分析确定新一轮电力体制改革对配电网规划的影响因素,根据影响因素的重要程度,总结提炼安徽省配电网未来规划发展的着力点,并提出切实可行的工作建议。Electric power system reform puts forward new requirements for power distribution network planning. According to the current situation of distribution network operation in Anhui Province, the paper proposes the development ideas and direction fit for the electric reform requirements. After summa- rizing the reform program, the paper determines the influence factors of the new round electric power system reform to distribution planning through adaptive analyses. The paper then concludes the key points in power distribution network planning in accordance to the importance of the factors and proposes feasible suggestions.
