摘 要:近年来,随着SF_6气体温室效应及其他问题的日益突出,寻求合适的SF_6替代介质成为科学家们的研究热点,SF_6混合绝缘气体因其较低的液化温度及较好的电气性能,被认为是目前最具发展前景的替代介质,开始被各国生产厂家应用于电气设备。目前,关于SF_6混合绝缘气体的研究较少,气体检测、回收处理、补气等现场运维技术更是十分匮乏,限制了SF_6混合绝缘气体的进一步推广应用。文章调研了我国SF_6混合绝缘气体断路器的使用情况,对SF_6混合绝缘气体应用中存在的问题进行分析和总结,对SF_6混合绝缘气体现场运维技术进行深入研究和探索,为SF_6混合绝缘气体在国内的大规模应用奠定基础。In recent years, due to the greenhouse effect and other problems of SFs gas, i research focus to search for proper alternative insulating gases to SF6. SF6 mixed gases are t has become a regarded as the most promising insulating gases because of their lower liquefaction temperature and better electrical performance and thus have been widely applied to electrical apparatus worldwide. However, there are few researches about SF6 mixed gases and even fewer about the on-site operation and maintenance about SF6 detecting, recovery, handling and refilling, which limits the application of SF6 mixed gases. This paper surveys the application of SF6 mixed gases circuit breaker in China and analyzes the problems in operation of SF6 mixture gases circuit breaker. It also investigates and explores the on-site operation and mainte- nance technologies, which lays a foundation for the large-scale application of SF, insulating mixed -ases.
