摘　　要：基于SF_6气体对特定波段红外光特征吸收原理的红外成像检漏仪经测试具有成像清晰度高、灵敏快速等优点,在电气设备气体泄漏故障点查找和精确定位中发挥了重要作用。在此基础上建立了可针对仪器检测限和响应速度检验的系统,在仪器入网和使用中发挥了重要作用。Compared with several traditional SF6 gas leakage detection methods, the infrared imaging detector based on the principle of the particular characteristic of SF6 gas in infrared absorption has the advantages of high resolution imaging rapidity and sensitivity, which plays an important role in leakage and accurate location of fault point search. The test system for the detection limit and response rate is built and plays an important hart in its access to network and application.
