关节镜下清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果及对膝关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果及对膝关节功能的影响。方法选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组患者采用关节镜下清理术治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予注射玻璃酸钠治疗,连续6周。比较两组的治疗优良率,治疗前与治疗6周的疼痛评分和HSS评分。结果实验组的治疗优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗6周后的疼痛评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且实验组治疗6周后的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗6周后的HSS评分均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),且实验组治疗6周后的HSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者效果显著,能够有效改善患者的膝关节功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of debridement under arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and the influence on the knee joint function. Methods 70 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with debridement under arthroscopy,while the experimental group received debridement under arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate for six weeks. The excellent and good rate of treatment,and the pain scores and HSS scores before treatment and at six weeks of treatment were compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. At six weeks＇ of treatment,the pain scores of both groups significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group had lower pain score than the control group（P〈0.05）.At six weeks of treatment,the HSS scores of both groups significantly increased（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group had higher HSS score than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Debridement under arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant effect,which can effectively improve patients＇ knee joint function.
