血清孕酮和β-HCG检测在异位妊娠早期诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清孕酮和β-HCG(β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素)检测在异位妊娠早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取57例我院2015年1月至2016年10月收治的异位妊娠患者作为观察组,并选取同期57例正常宫内妊娠者作为对照组,检测两组的孕酮和β-HCG水平。比较观察组中β-HCG检测与血清孕酮联合β-HCG检测对异位妊娠的诊断准确率。结果 (1)孕4周时,两组的β-HCG水平无明显差异(P>0.05);孕5、6周时,观察组的孕酮和β-HCG水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组中,血清孕酮联合β-HCG检测的诊断准确率为87.72%,显著高于单独β-HCG检测的63.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用血清孕酮联合β-HCG检测早期诊断异位妊娠具有较高的准确率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of detection of serum progesterone and β-HCG（β-human chorionic gonadotropin） in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 57 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the observation group,and 57 cases of normal intrauterine pregnancy at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum progesterone and β-HCG of both groups were detected. The diagnostic accuracy of single detection ofβ-HCG and combined detection（serum progesterone and β-HCG） for ectopic pregnancy in patients of observation group were compared.Results（1）At 4 weeks of gestation,no statistical difference was found between two groups in the β-HCG level（P〉0.05）,while at 5 weeks and 6 weeks of gestation,the levels of serum progesterone and β-HCG of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.（2） In observation group,the diagnostic accuracy of combined detection（serum progesterone and β-HCG） was 87.72%,significantly higher than 63.16% of single detection of β-HCG（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combined detection of serum progesterone andβ-HCG has higher accuracy for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
