术前渐进性肌肉放松训练减轻开颅手术局部浸润麻醉患者麻醉期血压及心率波动的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前渐进性肌肉放松训练对开颅术局部浸润麻醉患者麻醉期血压及心率波动的影响。方法选择接受开颅手术局部浸润麻醉的患者92例,随机均分为两组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施渐进性肌肉放松训练,观察两组患者麻醉期的血压及心律波动情况。结果观察组发生苏醒期躁动7例,对照组为13例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在T0时间点的平均动脉压、心率无明显差异(P>0.05);在T_1、T_2、T_3、T_4时间点,两组的平均动脉压与心率均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论术前渐进性肌肉放松训练可减轻开颅手术局部浸润麻醉患者的心率及血压波动,有助于提高麻醉安全性。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative progressive muscle relaxation to relieve fluctuations of blood pressure and heart rate during anesthesia period in patients with digging skull operation under local infiltration anesthesia. Methods 92 cases of patients with digging skull operation under local infiltration anesthesia were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received preoperative progressive muscle relaxation on the basis of routine nursing. The fluctuations of blood pressure and heart rate during anesthesia period of two groups were observed. Results 7 cases in the observation group and 13 cases in the control group had restlessness during recovery period,with statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the mean arterial pressure and heart rate at T0（P〉0.05）; while at T1,T2,T3 and T4,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate showed statistical differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Preoperative progressive muscle relaxation can relieve the fluctuations of blood pressure and heart rate during anesthesia period in patients with digging skull operation under local infiltration anesthesia,which can help to improve the safety of anesthesi.
