护理干预在早产儿视网膜病变激光光凝术治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在早产儿视网膜病变激光光凝术治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2014年4月至2016年3月于我院接受视网膜病变激光光凝术治疗的92例早产儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组应用常规围手术期护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施围手术期综合护理,比较两组患儿的并发症发生率及家长的护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的术后并发症发生率10.87%,显著低于对照组的28.26%(P<0.05)。观察组的家长护理满意度为93.48%,显著高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。结论早产儿视网膜病变激光光凝术围术期中应用综合护理模式可减少术后并发症的发生,提高患儿家长满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in laser photocoagulation for retinopathy in premature infants. Methods 92 cases of premature infants with retinopathy who received laser photocoagulation for treatment in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of regular nursing during perioperative period. The incidence of complications and parents＇ satisfaction degree to nursing were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 10.87%,significantly lower than 28.26% of control group（P〈0.05）. The parents＇ satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 93.48%,significantly higher than 73.91% of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period of laser photocoagulation for the treatment of premature infants with retinopathy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve parents＇ satisfaction degree to nursing.
