手术室麻醉苏醒护理对减少腹部手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室麻醉苏醒护理对减少腹部手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的效果。方法选取2014年4月至2016年8月于我院行全麻腹部手术的500例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各250例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加强手术室麻醉苏醒护理。观察和比较两组患者的苏醒期心率、血压、躁动情况。结果 (1)两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率基础值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的收缩压、舒张压和心率苏醒值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组的躁动发生率为20.0%,明显低于对照组的52.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室麻醉苏醒护理对减少腹部手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动具有显著效果,有利于避免患者的血压、心率急速上升,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the effect of anesthesia recovery nursing in operation room for reducing agitation of patients with abdominal operation in the awaking stage of general anesthesia. Methods 500 cases of patients undergoing abdominal operation in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 250 cases in each group. The control group reveived conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group received anesthesia recovery nursing in operation room on this basis. The heart rate,blood pressure and agitation in the awaking stage of patients were observed and compared between two groups. Results（1）No statistical difference was found in the baseline values of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate between two groups（P〉0.05）. The recovery values of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.（2）The incidence of agitation of observation group was 20.0%,significantly lower than 52.0% of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The anesthesia recovery nursing in operation room for reducing agitation of patients with abdominal operation has significant effect and can help to avoid patients＇ elevation of blood pressure and heart rate,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
