摘　　要：SEREX是一种将基因克隆技术与血清筛选技术相结合的抗原蛋白组学研究方法。它最初用于筛选肿瘤相关抗原,之后逐渐被应用于自身免疫性疾病自身抗原的筛选。本文主要综述SEREX的实验流程、优缺点以及在自身免疫研究方面的应用。SEREX is a kind of technique which combines gene cloning method with serum screening. It is originally used for screening of tumor associated antigen,gradually it is applied to screen autoantigens of autoimmune disease. This paper reviewed the experiment process,the advantages and disadvantages of SEREX and the application in autoimmune diseases.
