摘　　要：未成年人重新犯罪率的准确统计对研究未成年人重新犯罪规律有重要意义。未成年人重新犯罪统计方法的不科学、数据获得渠道不畅、研究动力不足、资源匮乏都是未成年人重新犯罪研究面临的现实问题。未成年人重新犯罪研究的解困需要学界的努力、实务界的配合以及相关部门的支持。The accurate juvenile recidivist rate statistics is a important factor to the research of the regularity of ju- venile recidivism. The unscientific statistical method, the blocked channels of obtaining statistics, the poor motiva-tion on the reaserch and the scarce resources are all the dilemmas of the research on juvenile recidivism. Relieving these difficult positions needs the academic efforts, the cooperation of practical circle and the support of relevant departments.
