摘  要:目的通过流式细胞术检测白细胞CD64荧光强度以鉴别细菌感染。方法选取78例细菌感染患者(细菌感染组),32例健康对照者(健康对照组),分别检测CD64的荧光强度、白细胞计数(WBC)水平、中性粒细胞百分比(Neu),对2组结果进行分析比较。结果细菌感染组的CD64感染指数、WBC均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)下面积为0.92,显著优于WBC(0.75)和Neu(0.77)。CD64感染指数的检测特异性和敏感性分别为96.0%和76.0%。结论 CD64感染指数可以用于鉴别细菌性感染,是一个理想的检测指标。Objective To identify bacterial infection by CD64 fluorescence intensity detected by flow cytometry.Methods Seventy-eight patients with bacterial infection(bacterial infection group)and 32 healthy controls(healthy control group)were selected.The CD64fluorescence?intensity,WBC count level and neutrophils percentage(Neu)were respectively in the two groups.The detection results were compared and analyzed.Results The CD64 infectious index and WBC in the bacterial infection group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The areas under the ROC curve in the bacterial infectious group was 0.92,which was significantly superior to WBC(0.75)and Neu(0.77).The specificity and sensitivity of CD64 infectious index were 96.0% and 76.0%respectively.Conclusion The CD64 infectious index can be used to identify bacterial infection and is an ideal detection index.
