摘　　要：本文主要是针对于继电保护整定计算的几大基础特点,合理的提出了针对于组件技术的机电保护整定计算软件的整体结构方案以及体系,并采用当前较为有效合理的COM技术的开发,从而实现了对于继电保护整定计算组件的电力系统的基础计算组件。This paper is mainly aimed at several basic characteristics of relay protection setting calculation, put forward the reasonable needle for electromechanical component technology protection scheme of the overall structure of the setting calculation software and system development, and the use of the more effective and reasonable COM technology, thus realizing the computation for the basic components of relay protection of power system the setting calculation of the assembly.
