摘　　要：结合龙滩水电站现状,从监控方式、设备状况、人员素质状况、管理制度建设情况等几个方面,初步分析了电站实行"集中控制、无人值班"的可行性,指出了目前电站实行"无人值班"存在的不足,并提出了相应的改进措施,对拟实行"集中控制、无人值班"的水电站具有一定的指导意义。Based on current situation of Longtan Hydropower Station, the feasibility of ＂Centralized Control and Unattended Operation＂ of station is analyzed from the aspects of monitoring mode, equipment condition, personnel ability and management system. Some problems which cannot meet the requirements of unattended operation are pointed out and corresponding improvements are also put forward. The experiences have certain guiding significance to hydropower stations which plan to implement centralized control and unattended operation.
