摘 要:主要对酸浸铝土矿、酸浸铝灰(包括尾矿、赤泥、粉煤灰等其他固体废物)等除铁工艺的原理和方法进行了综述,并提出用混酸法浸出铝质岩以提取纳米氢氧化铝的方法。混酸法除铁时,用pH为13的氢氧化钠溶液调节浸出液的pH,除铁后滤液中铁离子质量分数小于1×10^(-5),从而达到除铁的目的。用混酸浸出铝质岩并调节溶液pH以实现铁铝分离,操作简单,除铁成本低,除铁完全,是处理铝质岩较佳除铁工艺。The principles and methods of iron removal processes were mainly summarized from bauxite acid leaching and acid leaching aluminum ash, including tailings,red mud,fly ash,and other solid wastes,etc.Furthermore,the extracting nanosized aluminum hydroxide from aluminum rock by mixed acid method was put forward.When use mixed acid method to remove iron,the sodium hydroxide solution with pH of 13 was used to adjust the pH of the leach liquor.The mass fraction of iron ion in the filtered liquor after iron removing was less than 1×10^(-5),and the purpose of iron removing was achieved.This method was easy in operation, low in cost,and good in effect,therefore,it was a good process for removing iron by adjusting pH in treatment of aluminum rock.
