摘  要:以均匀的氧化亚铜纳米微球为硬模板,基于"协同刻蚀"的方法,在石墨烯分散液中一步合成氢氧化镍空心球/石墨烯复合物。最后经过简单的热处理得到氧化镍空心球/石墨烯复合物。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对材料的成分和结构进行了表征。采用循环伏安、计时电流等方法对材料的葡萄糖电化学性能进行研究,结果表明该复合物修饰的电极对葡萄糖检测的线性浓度范围为0.010~0.512 mmol/L、灵敏度高达1 011.814μA/[(mmol/L)·cm^2]、检测极限为0.067μA(S/N=3),并具备良好的抗干扰能力。Nickel hydroxide hollow sphere/graphene composites were synthesized via a 'coordinate etching' way in dispersion of graphene, which was based on uniform cuprous oxide nanosphere acted as hard template.Then, nickel oxide hollow sphere/graphene composites were obtained by a facile calcination process.The structure and morphology of the obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The glucose electrochemical properties of the material were investigated via cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry methods.Results showed that the electrode modified by the composites revealed wider linear range (0.010-0.512 mmol/L) ,high sensitivity 1 011.814 μA/[(mmol/L)·cm2], low detection limit [ 0.067 μA (S/N=3) ], and good anti-interference ability.
