摘 要:利用粉尘云最低着火温度测试仪研究粉末阻燃剂对钛粉尘云燃烧的抑制作用。实验结果表明:质量相等的3种不同粉末阻燃剂对钛粉尘云着火的抑制作用强弱依次为磷酸二氢铵、碳酸钙、二氧化硅。伴随着阻燃剂质量的增加,钛粉尘云最低着火温度升高;通过研究混合粉末阻燃剂对钛粉尘云着火的抑制作用发现,磷酸二氢铵与碳酸钙在混合作用下的抑制效果最佳,二者存在协同作用。当两种阻燃剂的质量均为50 mg时,钛粉尘云最低着火温度达到568℃。Use the minimum ignition temperature tester to study the burning inhibition of flame retardant powder to titanium dust cloud.The experimental results showed that:under the same mass condition, the inhibitory strength of three different flame retardant powders on the ignition of titanium dust cloud from strong to weak were NH4H2PO4, CaCO3, and SiO2.With the increase in mass of flame retardant powder,the minimum ignition temperature of dust cloud increased.Through the study of inhibit impact of mixed flame retardant powder on the ignition of titanium dust cloud found that the inhibitory impact of the mixed dust of NH4H2PO4 and CaCO3 was the best,and there was synergy effect between the two.When the mass of two flame retardant powder was both 50 mg, the minimum ignition temperature of titanium dust cloud reached 568 ℃.
