摘　　要：苏南国家自主创新示范区是全国首个以城市群为基本单元的自主创新示范区,对促进江苏经济转型升级具有重大而深远的意义。在示范区创新一体化进程中,政府间建立良好的合作关系至关重要。文章在阐述示范区政府间合作机制构建现状的基础上,借鉴国际成功经验,开展示范区政府间合作机制构建研究。Southern Jiangsu National Innovation Demonstration Zone as the country’s first demonstration area with the city group as the basic unit, has great and far-reaching significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu’s economy. It is important to establish a good relationship of cooperation among the governments during the Demonstration Zone innovation integration. This paper carries out research on the construction of intergovernmental cooperation mechanism, on the basis of elaborating the present situation, learning the experience from foreign countries.
