摘 要:某复杂铜硫矿属于多金属铜硫矿石,铜品位为0.38%,硫品位为11.6%,品位较低,复杂难选。通过开展选铜捕收剂种类、磨矿细度、药剂用量、石灰用量、浮选时间以及选硫活化剂硫酸用量、捕收剂丁黄药用量等条件试验,采用优先浮铜工艺实现了铜硫矿石的有效分离。试验表明:铜优先浮选经一粗二精二扫,选硫经一粗二精一扫的闭路试验流程,可获得铜精矿铜品位20.88%,回收率93.69%,硫精矿硫品位46.0%,回收率89.48%的指标。A complicated copper sulfur ore belongs to the Polymetallic Copper Sulfur ore, copper grade is 0.38%, sulfur grade is 11.6% ,its grade is low, complex and difficult to choose. Through the development of copper collector type, grinding fineness, dosage, lime dosage, flotation time and flotation activator dosage of sulfuric acid, butyl xanthate collector dosage test,the effective separation of copper and sulfur ores was achieved by using the preferential flotation copper technology. The test shows that after the closed flotation process of one roughing, two cleaning, two scavenging for copper flotation and one roughing, two cleaning, one scavenging for sulfur flotation, the copper concentrate with grade of 20.88% and recovery of 93.69% and the sulfur concentrate with grade of 46% and recovery of 89.48 % were obtained.
