基于AHP的通辽市农灌区水资源综合评价

摘　　要：通辽市位于内蒙古自治区东部,属于半干旱明显的过渡地区,所处的西辽河流域是松辽流域最干旱少雨的地区。文中在对通辽市农灌区基础情况、灌溉用水情况以及用水效率情况分析的基础上,建立了适用于通辽农灌区的水资源综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对各灌区进行综合评价,经计算得到通辽市各农灌区的水资源综合评分值。通过综合评价,可以看到灌区综合发展水平的优劣,与节水措施的发展密不可分。同时调整种植结构,增大高附加值经济作物的播种面积,也是良好的措施。所以实现区域经济与环境协调发展,走高产、优质、高效之路是今后灌区发展的方向。Tongliao City is located in eastern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, are obviously transitional semi -arid areas, which the West Liaohe River is the most drought Songliao basin areas. In this paper, based on the situation in Tongliao agricultural irrigation district, efficiency in irrigation water and Analysis of the situation on the basis established for agricultural irrigation district Tongliao comprehensive evaluation index system. AHP was a comprehensive evaluation of the irrigation area, the calculated Tongliao comprehensive score of the value of agricultural irrigation and evaluation levels. Through comprehensive evaluation, we can see the merits of integrated development of irrigation and water saving measures in the development are inseparable. While adjusting planting structure, increasing the acreage of high value cash crops, but also for good measure. Therefore, to achieve coordinated development of regional economy and environment, high yields, quality, and high efficiency irrigation development in the future.
