摘 要:通辽市位于内蒙古自治区东部,属于半干旱明显的过渡地区,所处的西辽河流域是松辽流域最干旱少雨的地区。文中在对通辽市农灌区基础情况、灌溉用水情况以及用水效率情况分析的基础上,建立了适用于通辽农灌区的水资源综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对各灌区进行综合评价,经计算得到通辽市各农灌区的水资源综合评分值。通过综合评价,可以看到灌区综合发展水平的优劣,与节水措施的发展密不可分。同时调整种植结构,增大高附加值经济作物的播种面积,也是良好的措施。所以实现区域经济与环境协调发展,走高产、优质、高效之路是今后灌区发展的方向。Tongliao City is located in eastern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, are obviously transitional semi -arid areas, which the West Liaohe River is the most drought Songliao basin areas. Therefore, to achieve coordinated development of regional economy and environment, high yields, quality, and high efficiency irrigation development in the future.
