高星级酒店员工流失问题研究——以青岛市为例

摘  要:员工流失问题一直是各大星级酒店普遍存在的问题,尤其是在近期一系列国家新政的影响下,我国高星级酒店员工流失度更大。本文对山东省青岛市多家高星级酒店进行调研,得出了高星级酒店员工流失的三个层面的原因,并据此从政府、酒店、高校和员工四个方面提出对策,旨在为解决星级酒店员工流失问题提供合理化建议。Staff turnover is a common problem for most star-rated hotels. Especialy as a matter of our country' s some new policies, the amount of customes of most star-rated hotels has dropped. And it makes the staff turnover problem more seriously. The author of this text distributed 139 questionnaires to six star-rated hotels of Qingdao, interviewed some supervisors. As the basis of these questionnaires and interviews,the author raises three main reasons of staff turnover of Qingdao star-rated hotels and offers solutions from the aspect of government, hotel, university and staff. This text is to offer reasonable suggestions for solving staff turnover problem of Qingdao starrated hotels.
