摘　　要：人文精神和科学精神的追求不同,在针灸学领域既不能将二者混淆,也不能将二者完全对立。科学语境下的现代针灸学技术不能缺少人文滋养,人文关怀始终贯穿于针灸施术的全过程。针刺的正确方法和关键点,首先是调治精神活动。"治神"也就是"治心",包括针刺前的"治心"、针刺操作过程中的"治心"。针刺前的"治心",重在与患者的良好沟通,以消除患者的紧张和犹豫。针刺操作过程中的"治心"是指针刺施术过程中要求医生要宁心静气,以便仔细观察患者对针刺的反应,更好地掌控行针的力度。"治心"是促进医患互信、增强患者依从性的关键。人文精神在指导现代针灸学的研究中应当发挥积极作用。Humanistic spirit and scientific spirit have different pursuits. In the field of acupuncture, neither can confused them, nor completely antagonize them together. Modern acupuncture technology in scientific context cannot be lack of humanistic nourish; humanistic care is always running through the whole process of operation in acupuncture. Adjusting and treating mental activity is the correct method and key point of needling. Treating spirit is also treating the psychology, which includes treating before needling and in the process of needling. Before needling, the main point is to communicate with patients well to eliminate their tense and hesitation. Treating spirit in the process of needling requests doctors concentrate their attentions on needling so that they can observe the patient＇s reaction to the needling carefully and master the potency dimension of manipulating needle better. Treating spirit is the key to build doctor-patient trust and strengthen the patients＇ compliance. In the guidance of modern acupuncture research, humanistic spirit should play an active role.
