摘　　要：通过搭建横河CS3000控制系统与D5MC卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机之间的通讯连接,实现了离心机各种参数的DCS实时监测,提高了生产自动化水平。Through the communication connection between Yokogawa CS3000 control system and D5 MC horizontal screw unloading and settling centrifuge,the DCS of various parameters of centrifuge can be monitored in real time and the automation level of production can be improved.
