摘　　要：目的对国内外养老机构护理质量评价指标体系的文献进行系统评价,对国外指标体系的使用情况进行分析。方法计算机检索中英文数据库,收集养老机构护理质量评价指标体系的文献,采用描述性分析方法对文章信息进行描述、分析。结果纳入15篇文献,其中中文文献2篇,英文文献13篇,共介绍了17个指标体系,各指标体系的结构及条目数存在较大差异,更加关注结果性指标,忽视结构及过程性指标。结论养老机构的护理质量受到了普遍关注,构建了护理质量评价体系。同时,需要对各指标的测量方法、阈值进行规定,保证质量指标的可操作性。且针对评价后所发现的质量问题制订相对应的干预措施,保证质量改进的连续性,以达到对养老机构进行全面质量控制的目的。Objective To evaluate the existing literature systematically about nursing quality evaluation in nursing institutions in China and abroad, de- scribe the using status of evaluation indicator. Methods Several Chinese and English databases were searched comprehensively. Nursing quality evaluation index system in nursing institutions of literature were collected. The data were described and analyzed through descriptive analysis. Results Fifteen literature were in- cluded in all, there are 2 articles in Chinese and 13 articles in English about 17 index systems were introduced. The structure about indicator system entries were different, more were focus on the results of indicators,but ignored the structure and process indicators. Conclusion The nursing institutions has been paid more attention, and nursing quality evaluation system has been constructed. Simultaneously, the measurement methods of the indicators and the threshold should be pre- scribed to ensure the quality of indicators. And for the quality problems which is found after the evaluation,the corresponding interventions should be made to en- sure the continuity of quality improvement, in order to control the nursing institutions.
