摘  要:目的建立测定醋酸氯己定含量的方法。方法采用共振光散射法。在pH值为8.00的Britton-Robinson缓冲液中,醋酸氯己定与氯化钯作用形成1∶2的配合物,使体系共振光散射强度显著增强,在390 nm、454 nm处出现特征散射峰,并在390 nm处有最大ΔI。结果醋酸氯己定的检测质量浓度线性范围为在0.31~7.51μg/ml(r=0.9994),检出限为9 ng/ml。醋酸氯己定溶液和复方醋酸氯己定喷剂的平均回收率分别为99.8%和103.7%,RSD分别为4.5%和2.2%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、灵敏,可用于醋酸氯己定含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorhexidine acetate. Methods Resonance light scattering method was performed in a Britton-Robinson buffer medium( p H = 8. 00). Then chlorhexidine acetate reacted with palladium chloride to form a 1∶ 2 complex,which resulted in the great enhancement of resonance light scattering spectra. The scattering peaks were located at 390 nm and 454 nm with the strongest ΔI at 390 nm. Results The linear range and detection limit of chlorhexidine acetate was 0. 31 ~ 7. 51 μg/ml and 9 ng/ml respectively with a relative coefficient of 0. 9994.The average recoverates of chlorhexidine acetate solution and compound chlorhexidine acetate spray was 99. 8%( RSD =4. 5%,n = 6) and 103. 7%( RSD = 2. 2%,n = 6) respectively. Conclusion The method is quick and sensitive,which can be applied in the contents determination of chlorhexidine acetate.
