碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯醇溶液杀菌效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯(IPBC)醇溶液的杀菌效果。方法参考2002年版《消毒技术规范》,用中和剂鉴定试验和悬液定量杀菌试验进行观察。结果含5 g/L卵磷脂和10 g/L吐温80的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)可有效中和实验条件下IPBC醇溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的残留作用;1 600 mg/L、800 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用10 min,500 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用20 min,400 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用30 min,200 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用40 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00,达到消毒水平;1 600 mg/L、800 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用10 min,500 mg/L、400 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用20 min,200 mg/L的IPBC醇溶液作用30 min,对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值>5.00,达到消毒水平。结论 500 mg/L IPBC醇溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用较短时间能达到消毒水平;金黄色葡萄球菌对IPBC醇溶液的抵抗力高于大肠杆菌。Objective To study the germicidal effect of Iodopropynylbutyl carbamate （IPBC） alcoholic solution. Methods The identification test of neutralizer and the quantitative germicidal suspension test were carried out referred to ＂Technology Standard for Disinfection＂ （ Ministry of Health,2002）. Results In the test of disinfection, the neutralizer composed of 5 g/L lecithin and 10 g/L Tween - 80 in phosphate buffer solution could neutralize the remained effect of IPBC alcoholic solution to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli under experiment condition. With 1 600 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution and 800 mg/LIPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 10 min ,500 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 20 min ,400 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 30 min,200 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 40 rain, the killing log value （KLV）of Staphylococcus aureus were 〉 5.00, which achieved the qualified disinfection level （KLV ≥5.00）. With 1 600 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution and 800 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 10 rain ,500 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution and 400 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 20 rain,200 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution for a contact time of 30 rain,the KLV of Escherichia coli were 〉 5.00,which achieved the qualified disinfection level（ KLV ≥5.00）. Conclusion In the test of disinfection,5 g/L lecithin and 10 g/L Tween -80 in phosphate buffer solution can be the neutralizer of IPBC alcoholic solution. 500 mg/L IPBC alcoholic solution, at routine using concentration, can kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli to achieve the qualified disinfection level with the shorter contact time. The killing action of IPBC alcoholic solution to Staphylococcus aureus is weaker than that of Escherichia coli,which indicates the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to IPBC alcoholic solution is stronger than that of Escherichia coli.
