摘  要:目的研究一种全自动真空超声清洗器对硬式内镜管腔生物膜的去除效果。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对某全自动真空超声波清洗器清除内镜管腔内模拟生物膜的效果进行观察。结果真空超声清洗器设定运行程序:38℃真空超声清洗120 s、47℃真空沸腾清洗3次、真空灌洗18 s、超声漂洗60 s、真空灌洗18 s运行2次、真空干燥。在上述运行程序下,真空超声清洗器对管腔内人工制备的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜清除率≥99.99%。结论受试真空超声清洗器在设定的运行程序下对管腔内人工制备的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜清除效果良好,符合《医用清洗剂卫生标准》规定的祛除效果要求。Objective To study the removal effects on biofilm of hard - pipe endoscopic lumen of an type of automatic vacuum uhrasonic cleaner. Methods The cleaning effects of automatic vacuum ultrasonic cleaner were studied in this paper through bacterial quantitative test method. Results The operational procedures for vacuum ultrasonic cleaner were as follows : vacuum ultrasonic cleaning ( 38 ℃, 120 s) , vacuum boiling washing ( 47 ℃ , 3 times) and vacuum lavaging ( 18 s) , ultrasonic rinsing( 60 s), vacuum lavaging( 18 s, 2 times), and vacuum drying. The removal rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial biofilm in the artificially prepared limens was ≥99.99%. Conclusion The removal effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm of this automatic vacuum ultrasonic cleaner is good, which is in line with the requirement of the removal effects on biofilm according to Hygienic Standard of Cleaning Agent( draft for approval).
