摘  要:总结了济钢生产港口机械用低合金厚钢板Q345E-Z35的试制过程。通过分析钢的化学成分、夹杂物情况等对性能的影响,采取优化冶炼工艺及轧制工艺的措施,合理控制了碳当量及夹杂物的形态、分布,在钢的强度不降低的情况下,提高了钢的抗层状撕裂性能,钢板质量、各项性能均满足技术条件的要求。The development process of Q345E-Z35 low alloy structure thick steel plates for port machinery were summed up in this paper. By analyzing the effect of chemical contents and inclusion on property, the measures for optimizing smelting and rolling process were made. The carbon equivalent and form and distribution of inclusion were controlled reasonably. On the condition of retaining the steel's strength, the steel's lamellar tearing resistant was improved. Plate quality and various properties all meet product specification.
